Furthermore, we do something none of our direct competitors offer – we provide your business owner/hr with a complete set of all documentation about your network. This documentation is maintained by our technicians for internal use, but it certainly contains information many owners want to have. We document common problem resolutions, systems settings and configuration details, procedures for common tasks and of course all of the system access and security details.  If you decide to switch to another company – you are welcome to keep this documentation and provide it to your next IT team.
