Advanced Support is an ideal level for most businesses with 5-30 users. With weekly on-site presence by our staff, you are never going to be left wondering when is the next time the technician is going to visit your company. The purpose of the visits is two fold: 1) to take care of any issues that users didn’t bother to open a help ticket for (something we see quite often for non-critical issues);  2) to provide you with an update on all the maintenance, repair and project work we are doing for you.  We have found out that this personal touch of having a regular review infrastructure and long term projects saves businesses time and money but not letting the network get fragile and unreliable. There is hardly anything worse than work stoppage due to lack of regular maintenance of servers and computers.

To provide you with a real sense of security we will provide you with a regular systems audit to ensure your network is secure. A wide open wireless access point or lack of proper file access restrictions may lead to information theft, sabotage and  blackmail. All of this is easily preventable with good practices and buttoned up security configurations.

Server and backup monitoring will let us know if any issues that may not be noticed by the user, but may require attention. Without monitoring, there is no visibility into network health and backup completion.
